Curiosity kindles More information about 3 eye Atlas

Avi Loeb just dropped another theory..

Remember that 16-hour brightness pulse everyone thought was the object spinning like a stretched-out rock? Turns out… that explanation doesn’t really hold up. Most of the light isn’t coming from the nucleus at all—it’s coming from the coma around it. And the nucleus itself might be tiny, barely contributing any light.

So what’s actually pulsing?

According to Avi Loeb, it might be the jets. Real, physical bursts of material firing every 16 hours—like a heartbeat. If it’s a natural comet, that means a giant pocket of ice fires off a jet only when that side rotates into sunlight. If it’s… not natural, the jets could point anywhere, not just toward the Sun.

No one has made the time-lapse yet that would show the heartbeat pattern clearly. But if someone does? We might finally see whether ATLAS is just a weird little comet—or something a lot more interesting.

This object keeps getting stranger the closer we look.
